GIVE

Help us provide Jesus’ hope to inner-city families!

Your gift will assist us in keeping our doors open so we can continue our mission,

“Preaching the gospel to the poor…to set free the oppressed” (Luke 4:18).

We pray that with your support and partnership our hope and vision for the community we serve, will reflect the love of Christ. We desire that every individual who enters our doors feels the embrace of acceptance and the transformative love of Jesus, touching their hearts deeply. We envision a vibrant baptistery, filled with individuals experiencing the powerful act of baptism each Sunday. We pray that those who have received the gift of faith will empower others, sharing the gospel and spreading the joy of salvation. We seek monumental changes in the inner city, where lives are transformed by the power of Jesus Christ in ways beyond human capacity. We long for the elusive inner-city males to find their way to our church, bringing friends and family to encounter the hope that can only be found in Christ. We pray for fathers to actively worship alongside their children, both in our church and within their homes, fostering strong, loving marriages where each man cherishes his partner. We dream of a diverse congregation, united in worship, where individuals of all backgrounds come together as one body in Christ. We ask for wisdom and strength for parents as they nurture their children, offering the love and discipline they may have missed. We hope for a shift in the narrative surrounding marriages, particularly in the inner city, toward healthy and supportive relationships that thrive even amidst challenges. May every believer discover and utilize their unique gifts within the church, contributing to the body of Christ. We pray for soaring graduation rates, with every child receiving the support they need to succeed. We seek financial freedom for all, and for any debts to be resolved swiftly. We long for a community where believers feel at home with the Word of God, bringing their Bibles to every service and trusting in the Lord to open doors for greater opportunities. We pray for the breaking of generational curses—such as incarceration, violence, abuse, and addiction—ushering in a new legacy of healing and wholeness. “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus…” (Ephesians 3:20-21). Amen!

1 Corinthians9:6 Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. 7 You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully." 8 And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. 9 As the Scriptures say,

“They share freely and give generously to the poor.
Their good deeds will be remembered forever.”
